* 2 and one-half ounces cooked chicken, diced
* One-eighth teaspoon curry powder
* 1 tablespoon celery seed
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* Salt and pepper to taste
* One-fourth cup cut pineapple, cubed
* 1 ounce plain, non-fat yogurt
1. Mix yogurt, curry powder and lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Stir yogurt sauce into ingredients. Chill and serve over a bed of lettuce.
