The service was great, I had the Blue Water Trio with Salmon, Crabcakes and Shrimp, it was amazing! I don't really like salmon, but this was perfect. We also had the calamari, very good, everything was just very very good.

Calimari was WAY too salty. My fiance and I both had the trout stuffed with goat cheese and pears as our entree. Pairing fish with cheese is tricky since the cheese can make the fish taste spoiled. The first 2 entrees listed paired fish and cheese, which makes me suspicious. The trout was bland and uninteresting, and I actually could not find any pears in the filling. The oysters were good, but we will not be returning.

Even good restaurants have bad days, but i often find that the true character of an establishment is found in how they handle those bad days. On a recent visit, my husband and I had a horrible experience at Blue Water Grill. A month earlier, we had an equally bad experience at Remy's. On both occasions our complaints were met with downright refusal to make it right. We will never return to any of Great Restaurants Inc. establishments.

The price is right- but have to pay the right for it! NOISY resaurant- can't hear person across from you. Fish quality good, although one of us had the runs all night after eating his that had a very fishy taste! Our fish and vegetables- swimming in butter- awful. Tile fish and salmon itself - good, but preparations NOT as was presentations,. Salads ridiculously inadequate for price, any requests for special preps -no butter or dressing- listened to but ignored on arrival of dish. Won't return.
